Mac Hughes, founder of The Hughes Group, is a veteran of the building industry and has been involved in some of Franklin's most notable communities over the years, including Fieldstone Farms, Cedarmont Farms, and Townhomes of Forrest Crossing, just to name a few. For many years, he built homes in Williamson County as Mac Hughes Builders before establishing The Hughes Group in 2000.
Mac's son, Logan Hughes, grew up on the job site and developed a strong passion for the building industry, especially for the legacy his father created for The Hughes Group. In March 2006, fresh out of college with a degree in Real Estate Finance and Accounting, Logan came home to do what he loved—building—and joined the family business to work on new construction operations for The Hughes Group, a name that has become synonymous with so many lovely homes that grace the streets of Franklin.
